This is the Terms of useage page, these are basic rules set out by the site staff that you have to follow when using our graphics or tutorials. If you fail to follow them you'll be seriously concidered and reported to your host, possibly removing your site. But that won't happen because you'll be good little people and follow the rules. There are normally rules set out on the pages but this is a basic over-lay to i don't have to keep repeating myself. This way you can't complain later if i said 'read the Tou for more info' and you didn't know something because you didn't listen to me >=0
Graphics
When using premade layouts from the site
You must leave the credit, i hate people who think 'they didn't do much, it's not that hard i'm sure they won't mind' well i do!! so stop thinking i don't!!
Premade layouts are one of the more important things on my site, they take alot of time and we make them in our own spare time. If you don't credit me it's steeling and if it continues i won't be making them anymore, i can't stand people who think they can just get away with it! you must leave the credit on!
The second thing is DON'T EDIT THE IMAGE!! like don't put your name across it to make it seem like it really is yours. Premade layouts made by me are called premade for a reason. If however you want your name put across it by me well no can do, i don't do layouts for people's site 'spercifically' so don't ask.
Don't mess with the html then ask me 5 minutes later why the text is off the screen or why the image has gone. I won't help you if it was delibrate! i will however if it was accidental, and i can tell if it was on perpose or not. Do not redistribute the layout, under any circumstances! Redistributing a layout is basically advertising my layout on your site as a piece of graphics for other people who visit. These are my graphics redistributing graphics is illigal! and against the terms of useage
Using brushes from the site
If you use a brush on a premade of your site layout and it was a brush from my site then you MUST credit this site. I created those brushes on photoshop, under any circumstance you must credit me if the brush was from my site. If you know someone who is redistrebuting graphics then report them and they will be delt with!
When using my brushes
Ok to be fair, there are rules when using them and for what purpose you use them. I do not like people making premades for money when using my brushes on their premades. If you are selling your premades and using my brushes on them that means you are illegally selling products without consent from me! I don't like people making money off using my brushes IN ANY WAY. if you are selling my brushes woah THAT IS CROSSING THE LINE 100% 7 TIMES. No one should be sad enough to be selling others content that is lower then low. If you have intent to sell or have sold i could easily have your site perminately shut down and worse.
When using my brushes you should always link back to the site and credit me. There is no way you could forget because i purposely put a 'MUST READ' txt file in with fetails on who to credit, who to contact if you need help with something and even the link to my site. So there is no way you could forget - therefore anyone with that excuse...is stupid to expect me to believe it.
Using PNG from the site
PNG's are important and very popular, all the PNG's on this site were extracted by me OR Akiva, if you see one similair to one on another site it just means we extracted the same image. You MUST have visable credit back to this site, under no circumstances can you not have credit back if you use any of the PNG's from this site. All copyrighted to the creator of the PNG we extract, we also have visable credit back to the site where we found the image we extracted
Coding

It is not possible to copyright code, i'll admitt it is with program code and sometimes completely dependant and under certain circumstances. However, if you directly used the code from one of my layouts to create your own layout, then it is not allowed. You can however, ask for coding advice or help under the agreement that you credit me. If you do use a small amount of code for anything in particular from my site again credit must be given to me because although i did not do it for you and it is only a small amount of code you used my code as a Source which by you must credit.
The main rule is you are not allowed to steal my code, this works as by you copy, paste and edit code from one of my premades of layouts and use ot to make your own. This applies to any type of site, for comercial reasons for purposes i forbid it 100% no! If you are a fanlisting, a blog or even a graphics site yourself the same applies. It does not matter for what reason you intend to use it, it is not allowed!
Different design sites have different ways of 'watermarking' there code. Not all do do it, because sometimes there code is so difficult to edit without it faulting the whole layout, in this case people rarely use there code.
Content
The site Content
Unless stated otherwise every piece of content is copyrighted to me! Including all the images, graphics, screenshots, webpages and premades! The sources for some cases in my content do not apply as they are in there own rights. The little link images for all my graphics also belong to me and therefore copying them and using them is not allowed!
Direct Linking
Not even alittle! No! No! No Direct Linking! If your not sure what this is or in the context it applies then let me tell you so you know what it is exactly that i am telling you is not allowed. Therefore the excuse can not be used. Direct linking is literally the copy of an image url or a any other url which has been saved to my server! If you example you used the url of one of my images, by going onto my code and copying it then adding it to your own site this is Direct Linking and because the image is mine and by the Graphics section on the TOU this alone would be classed as stealing. Just because you did not save it to your sever (e.g freewebs, or your host) does not mean it's not stealing! Because not only are you stealing my graphics (which goes against the whole of the graphics section) but you are also stealing my storage space! Because the image is saved to my file on my server on my site!
The context in which it applies is everything except when affiliation is involved - if i allow you to use my homepage link as a affiliate or anything else like a source (which in the case of using graphics is a must!). But this however is not classed as direct linking, this is simply linking. You are not allowed to Direct link my Premades, Brushes, PNG's or any of the link images involved with those previously mentioned. You are also not allowed to direct link my layouts! Thats just lower the low!
